CubicIDX works with MLS data to provide IDX listings for agents and offices (property search, agent listings, office listings, and "featured" listings).  This application is available with an automatic daily e-mail alert that agents can provide to their clients directly through their websites.

Every MLS that does not deliver a ready-to-go framed solution needs CubicIDX.  Even if the MLS software can present some IDX data, it may not have the full range of features that CubicIDX can deliver.

IDX Overview
IDX (Internet Data Exchange) is the real estate listing requirement required by the NAR.  If the MLS operation cannot deliver a full IDX solution, there are choices. The easiest is to use our affordable CubicIDX solution that converts MLS data to an IDX-compliant presentation whenever you want it, while continuing the use of the existing MLS system.

CubicIDX displays the result pages with detail property information from the MLS database. Visitors to agent websites can view photos, virtual tours, maps, email agents, and subscribe to a daily email with new available properties.
